Popular Brands to Love and Hate

Over the past couple weeks, a large amount of products, and brands have been going viral. Some of those things I tried and tested out to see if it was worth it.   

Right now, one of my most favorite brands that went viral is Rare Beauty, by Selena Gomez. I first started off by grabbing one of her under eye brighteners. The product is exactly what it sounds like, it’s meant to brighten your under eyes, so some days when you don’t feel like putting on concealer, just put on the eye brightener and you are good to go. I absolutely love her formula because it melts into my skin, and it doesn’t make me look dry or flaky.

Another product that I was able to grab is her viral liquid blush. It was so difficult to get one of these because they became so popular and I can definitely say it is worth the hype. There are so many different shades to the liquid blush and it is so vibrant. Like the eye brightener, the blush melted into my skin, and I just truly loved the final look, and I hope to get one of her highlighters next!

Next thing I was able to snatch was the Lululemon Everywhere belt bag. I absolutely love this product. The belt bag comes in a bunch of different colors so you can match to different outfits, but I do recommend just starting off with a basic black because some of the colors are a little bold for regular outfits. This bag holds my keys, wallet, phone, chapstick, and even more if I wanted it to. This also has pockets inside, overall it is super cute and I definitely recommend making the purchase.

One thing that I absolutely could not get behind on was the Stanley cups. They’re a no for me. I think it was mostly just the look of them because they were so huge. I honestly think this fits a soccer mom, rather than a bunch of teenagers. I’ve also noticed it doesn’t seem as durable as a Hydro flask. I have seen so many reviews about it spilling, scratching, and, it is just not a functional every day cup. The cup honestly seems more useful as a weapon because it is so big and funky looking. 

Lastly, one trend that has stuck around for so long and hopefully doesn’t go away is flare pants/leggings. Ever since it took over the internet, different brands have added this style to their catalogs. I think the most popular brand is Arie’s cross waist offline flair pants. I own a black pair of these and they are probably one of the most comfortable leggings that I have. The brand also has a bunch of different colors that I’m wanting to get. 

I love going out and trying new things to try to see if they will fit my personality or maybe even others. Soon I’m gonna go out to try to find some more good finds that maybe aren’t as viral as these other brands, and possibly start a new trend!
